Privacy Policy

Last updated: 11 August 2026

At www.content-fueled.com, owned and managed by FIREUP d.o.o. (a Slovenian company incorporated in Robova ulica 19, 1230 Domžale, Slovenia) (“We”, “Us”, “Our”, “Ours”), we are committed to safeguarding and preserving the privacy of our visitors.

This Policy explains what happens to any personal data that you provide to us, or that we collect from you whilst you visit our site, and how we use cookies on this website.

We do update this Policy from time to time so please do review this Policy regularly.

Information That We Collect

In running and maintaining our website we may collect and process the following data about you:

  • Information about your use of our site including details of your visits such as pages viewed and the resources that you access. Such information includes traffic data, location data, web browser versions, devices you use and other communication data.
  • Information provided voluntarily by you. For example, when you register for information or make a purchase.
  • Information that you provide when you communicate with us by any means.

Cookies and Your Consent

Cookies are small files stored on the device you browse with. We also use comparable technologies, such as advertising pixels, which work in a similar way.

We ask for your consent before we load anything that is not strictly necessary to serve the website. The first time you visit, a banner appears offering you an equally prominent choice to accept or decline. Until you accept, none of the following is loaded and none of their cookies are set:

  • Google Analytics, provided by Google Ireland Limited — tells us how many people visit, how they found us and which pages they read, so we can improve the site.
  • Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited — measures how our advertising on Facebook and Instagram performs, and allows us to build advertising audiences. Meta may combine this with data it already holds about you.

If you decline, we do not load either of them and no analytics or advertising cookies are placed on your device. We do use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies, without storing anything on your device and without identifying you or following you across other websites; because of that it runs whichever choice you make.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of every page. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings — for more information, read the advice at AboutCookies.org. Blocking cookies entirely may stop parts of some websites from working properly.

The record of your own choice is kept in your browser’s local storage on your device. It is not sent to us or shared with anyone, which does mean that clearing your browser data, or using a different browser or device, will cause the banner to appear again.

Use of Your Information

We use the information that we collect from you to provide our Services to you. In addition to this, we may use the information for one or more of the following purposes:

  • To provide information to you that you request from us relating to our products or services.
  • To provide information to you relating to other products that may be of interest to you. Such additional information will only be provided where you have consented to receive such information.
  • To inform you of any changes to our website, services or goods and products.

If you have previously purchased goods or services from us, we may provide to you details of similar goods or services, or other goods and services that you may be interested in.

We never give your details to third parties to use your data to enable them to provide you with information regarding unrelated goods or services.

Storing Your Personal Data

In operating our website it may become necessary to transfer data that we collect from you to locations outside of the European Union for processing and storing. By providing your personal data to us, you agree to this transfer, storing and processing. We do our utmost to ensure that all reasonable steps are taken to make sure that your data is stored securely.

Unfortunately the sending of information via the internet is not totally secure and on occasion such information can be intercepted. We cannot guarantee the security of data that you choose to send us electronically. Sending such information is entirely at your own risk.

Disclosing Your Information

We will not disclose your personal information to any other party other than in accordance with this Privacy Policy and in the circumstances detailed below:

  • In the event that we sell any or all of our business, to the buyer.
  • Where we are legally required by law to disclose your personal information.
  • To further fraud protection and reduce the risk of fraud.

Third Party Links

On occasion we include links to third parties on this website. Where we provide a link it does not mean that we endorse or approve that site’s policy towards visitor privacy. You should review their privacy policy before sending them any personal data.

Your Rights and Access to Your Information

We act as the controller of your personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the “GDPR”) and the Slovenian Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-2). You have the following rights:

  • Access — to be told whether we hold personal data about you, and to receive a copy of it.
  • Rectification — to have inaccurate or incomplete personal data corrected.
  • Erasure — to have your personal data deleted where we have no overriding lawful reason to keep it.
  • Restriction and objection — to ask us to restrict how we use your personal data, and to object to it being used, including for direct marketing at any time.
  • Portability — to receive the personal data you provided to us in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
  • Withdrawal of consent — to withdraw your consent at any time where our processing relies on it, including your cookie choice. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out beforehand.

To exercise any of these rights, write to us at matevz@content-fueled.com. We will respond within one month of receiving your request, and we may need to verify your identity first.

Exercising your rights is free of charge. We may charge a reasonable fee reflecting our administrative costs, or decline to act, only where a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive, for example where it is repetitive. If we decline, we will explain why.

If you believe we have handled your personal data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Slovenian Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec, ip-rs.si), or with the data protection authority in your country of residence.
